Air Condition
Air Condition, translated from Hebrew, means ‘the state of one’s mood or spirit’. This video work is an experiment in human behavior. By subjecting anonymous faces to a mysterious force, we expose an inner state that is reflected on in their expressions as though they were blank canvases onto which we were painting. Traditional and electronic music as well as the sounds of industrial instruments accompany the contorted faces creating a dance between flesh and machine.
